DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
In order to have your booking confirmed a deposit must be received within 7 days of your call.
School holidays and long weekends: 50% of total booking value. Balance payable on arrival.
All other times: 1 night in advance. Balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month s notice: Except for school holidays and long weekends (see below), your deposit will be refunded less cancellation fee of AUS$10.
Less than one month s notice but more than 7 days (or for school holidays and long weekends): If we are able to fill your booking, your deposit will be refunded less cancellation fee of $20 plus any other costs incurred. Otherwise no refund.
Less than 7 days notice: No refund. |
